Pancake is an AI-powered communication tool designed to help users improve their relationship communication. The service includes message translation, message decoding, AI coaching, and educational content.
Important Disclaimer
Pancake is NOT a substitute for professional mental health care, couples therapy, or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing domestic abuse, mental health emergencies, or serious relationship issues, please seek help from qualified professionals.
User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Pancake
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You may not share your account with others
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Pancake to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
- Interfere with the operation of the service
- Reverse engineer or copy our technology
Subscriptions and Payments
- Some features require a paid subscription
- Subscriptions are billed through the App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime through your App Store settings
- Refunds are handled according to App Store policies

User Content
